Once I travelled in this one led by LKO WAP 1, it maintained an MPS of 100 Kmph. I don't know about what happens when hauled by WAP 4.

Until a few years ago, this section, LKO-MB-DLI used to 100kph only. It was then updated to 110 kph. Upto Haridwar, it does decently. After that, I think there is a speed limit of 50 kph. Most trains crawl post HW. Even the VB has been given an average of only ~40 kph hence.

They could probably start a train from CNB at night which arrives at LJN at exact midnight [when the station has platforms empty], undergo Loco Reversal, then blast it's way towards DDN. That way it'll follow all the trains ahead of it like LKO Mail, LKO - CDG Express and reach DDN during late morning hours.

The MTC-LKO VB often arrives before time at LKO but is still not much preferred because the ICE travels at the same time. Sure it's an hour slower, but honestly, even if someone was splurging money, then traveling in 2A with a comfortable sleeping berth is way better than even executive class.
The ANVT-LJN DD is often filled at the last minute, along with LJN Tejas. This is due to both the uncomfortable nature of the DD seats and the fact that it has bad timings [starts before 0500 hrs from LJN]...
