SC - UBL is more of a UBL - GR train which is the only trains joining 2 important cities of Karnataka. It was a good move to make it daily. It is still a new train and needs bit more time to get settled. This train even though looks to have low patronage, but runs as a perfect ICE between GR and SC and it runs full in both directions. (Daily commuters use it as passenger train). But yes, if the patronage is not increased in another 6 months, this train can be extended to VSG.
I am sure they are talking about the slip KCG-VSG coach. This slip coach must be removed. KCG-VSG is bit okay but VSG-KCG is utter...
more... nonsense. It waits at GTL for 5 hours for 17604. And 17604 has to travel till GTL and undergo loco reversal just to pick up the slip coaches.
Better start a new KCG-VSG train and augment HWH-VSG Amaravati with more coaches.
