Too much difference is there.
More trains halt at RDM , even though waiting list is more for the listed trains ( AP, GT, Dakshin , which halt at RDM, MCI, SKZR).
It means more trains are halting but still more waiting list.
RDM itself is not commercial for RDM stn. Karimnagar , peddapalli and manthani revinue divisions are commercial profit...

Why you didn’t ask to remove stops at SKZR , you mean to say stops are required only at MCI and SKZR ?.
Following is the situation.
RDM is near to karimnagar and peddapalli junction.
MCI is 14 km away from RDM .
SKZR is bit far from BPQ.
It’s not optimum solution to provide 3 stops between BPQ-KZJ/WL.
1. Providing two stops ( MCI and SKZR ) and skipping RDM doesn’t full fill the karimnagar and PDPL requirements. Furthermore SKZR commercial profit is very less.
2. Providing two stops ( RDM and MCI ) skipping SKZR also not optimum , since both are side by side with in 14 km.
Based on population,
MCI is 2 times the SKZR, RDM is 3 times the MCI, and WL is 4 times the RDM.
Better are stoppages sharing between SKZR and MCI is the optimum solution, i.e. 50% trains halt at SKZR and 50% halts at MCI.
