Lastly, in 2013 I did travel in 12860 from Kharagpur to Tata in sleeper and Tata to KYN in 3AC, both which I found clean /blog/post/808042 .
Now, Again my 12859 experience has been wonderful. Here is the pic of Cleaning staff of SER in EcoR train and passengers of CR :)
Floors were cleaned. Toilets too were ok neither good nor bad. Infact the toilet of sleeper coach of ERS Duronto was more dirtier.

Little bit Speeding up is possible for this train but 1 hr full speed is not possible.
And If the departure from HWH is made late, then it will arrive CSTM by 10 pm which will be bit late.
And also Proper LHB standard PM will not be possible at CSTM as yard will get only one night i.e 8 hrs for it. if it would have been day time arrivals in CR like Jnaneswari or Azad hind , then PM is easier. But late night arrival and quickly early morning departure...
