Hyderabad Deccan (Nampally) glowing on a lovely Hyderabadi evening like only it can :-
Unlike the main station Secunderabad JN, both Nampally and Kachiguda are eyecatching masterpieces! Notice the architecture used during the days of the Nizam Railways!
I would also try to take a few snaps of Hyderabad Kachiguda soon!
Attaching the images that I clicked today evening!
Camera...
more... used :- Cellphone Camera (Samsung Galaxy Core Prime)
Kindly zoom in for better clarity!
Picture 1 was taken before the multicoloured night lamps were switched on!
Picture 2,3 were taken from outside of the deserted reservation counter at Nampally. The lights were on by then. An Army bus ruined the shot somewhat, hence picture 3 was clicked from the same point :)
Picture 4 was closed up shot!
Picture 5-6 :- The Nizamic Architecture of Nampally clearly visible.
Picture 7 shows the main station premises. The lack of will to buy a platform ticket meant I couldn't step into the main station premises. However I could easily make out a single train, the HWH-HYB East Coast Express! East Coast and I share a 'love-hate' relationship, the more I try to avoid it, only to result in being the only train left out relatively unbooked whenever I undertake a HYB-HWH journey! It has been more than 2 years that I shifted to Hyderabad, but never once could I ever get a confirmed ticket on the Falaknuma Express :(
Picture 8 was taken after I got nabbed by RPF officer. However he seemed impressed with my phone's camera and allowed me to take the last shot, then letting me off with a mild warning.
Picture 9 & 10 were taken as I was leaving Nampally....Notice how majestic the station looks from here!
