* Formation of committees, commissions, authorities etc had been happening since many decades to suggest the steps to be taken to bring in efficiency, discipline, professionalism etc in IR but nothing has happened and nothing is going to happen in future too.
* There is no need to suggest IR what to do, because IR management know the deficiencies/ problems of the organisation and their solutions much better than the non-railway persons.
* There has to be compulsion for the changes irrespective of any vested interests and conveniences of concerned persons.
