This is true. Ajni becomes a lot more chaotic in the evening at Duronto's departure time. The platform is quite inadequate to handle around 1200 passengers and those who come to see them off. It has just 2 FOBs, one at each. The one with ramp is farthest (towards NGP side). Parking is very inadequate and inconvenient when compared to PF8 at NGP or PF18 at CSMT. Passengers of this premium train (and the weekly Humsafar) deserve better. Till they upgrade facilities at Ajni, it is better to start it from NGP as it will be at least a couple of years for Ajni to become suitable to handle premium trains.
