Most certainly a learning phase for railways. They tried this with an EMU in Mumbai only for ladies coaches and it did not work out as well as it does in Metro trains or AC EMUs. It Is working in VB and Tejas! It is a beginning in the right direction, at least well off and not crowded Raj/Shat to try out this auto closed doors thing. This will definitely work. Only the smokers will complain :P. This then should be followed on Durontos and HS (mixed and AC) followed by JShats.
