First WAP 3, 22005, "Jawahar"
Back in 1987, IR modified it's first dedicated passenger loco WAP 1 with new fabricated bogie deign in an attempt to run trains at 140 kph.
The loco was classified as WAP 1 FM II, later WAP 3.
Problems with bogie design meant, WAP 3 design was not further progressed.
