Shortly before inspection an acquaintance of mine had traveled end to end in KRMI tejas and had reported yards at multiple places being unwired. Despite that CRS happened some days later and I had a hunch that loops in many cases were unwired. Turns out they still are unwired.
I don't understand what is this newfound habit of IR to do work to show off rather than actually doing it. They could have delayed inspection till work was complete, instead this tomfoolery happened.
