The extention of JP SC to Kurnool is purely with SCR as already Railway board has approved. SCR might have forwarded the proposal with consent of JP to Rly board As the rake is fom JP and has route length of 1700km and doesn't need SM at SC and only stabling SCR wantes to extend 243km making 1950km one way and 3900km round trip which is the maximum limit for PM of LHB rake. The issue here is after extention 2 PF out of 3 will be occupied by 2 trains for couple of hours and both up and down train must be accommodated in one PF which is a operational constraint. So SCR might have rethought and changed terminal to KCG so that it is stabled some 30-50km
