Wastage of time and resources. Instead of this nonsense would be to continue production of 3E coaches and reduce their fares by around 30% and keeping 4 to 5 SL and 3 GS in rake standardization CC.
First VB and now these will further reduce the production of normal LHB coaches and thus existing ICF trains won't be LHBfied for a fairly long time.

more... these new trains will further congest existing routes and will not only cause delays to existing trains but also further interfere in maintenance blocks.
If these trains are given priority over normal M/E or SF trains with AC coaches it will be injustice to the people who pay full non subsidy AC fares.
