The number of travellers from April 2023 -July 2023 on avg is 550 millions-600 millions which translates to 7.2 billions in FY 24 which is 15% less then 8.44 billions travellers in FY19 precovid. The traveller numbers are same from past year from July 22 to July 23 post covid year and all services are running and economy has no break after April 22. Inspite the number travellers have decreased, trains are not punctual, overcrowding of trains in normal seasons leaving aside festive seasons.
