For example, if a train like the Kushinagar Express is delayed, the train set from the Kashi Express, which has the same coach structure, can be used to operate the Kushinagar Express. Currently, trains have inconsistent coach compositions, with varying numbers of AC coaches, AC classes, and pantry cars, making it impossible to swap train sets. This inconsistency causes delays, as a train set with the correct composition needs to be available for the delayed train. By standardizing the coach structure, the railway can reduce delays by using any available train set to operate a delayed train. The commercial department is currently considering the proposal, and it is expected that long-distance train coach composition will be standardized soon.

Jaise ki, agar Kushinagar Express late ho jaaye, toh Kashi Express ki train set, jiska coach structure ek jaisa hai, usse Kushinagar Express operate karne ke liye use kiya ja sakega. Abhi, trains me coach composition inconsistent hai, jitna AC coach hai, AC class hai aur pantry car hai wo har train me alag alag hai, isliye train set swap nahin ki ja sakti. Is inconsistency ki wajah se delay hota hai, kyunki delayed train ke liye sahee composition wali train set available honi chahie. Coach structure standardize karne se, railway available kisi bhi train set ko use karke delayed train operate kar sakti hai, aur isse delay kam ho jaayegi. Commercial department abhi proposal par विचार कर रहा है, aur ummeed hai ki long-distance train me coach composition jaldi hi standardize ho jaayega.
