Amritsar, Katra, Ayodhya, and Varanasi, further expanding connectivity and convenience for passengers. Additionally, a new Vande Bharat Express train service between Chandigarh and Ajmer is in the works and will be announced soon. The division has also doubled the railway track length on the Rajpura-Dhuri section, which will improve passenger travel time and enable the operation of additional trains. Regarding the proposed semi-high speed train between New Delhi and Chandigarh, the route (underground or elevated) is still under consideration due to the substantial cost involved. This plan is currently in its initial stages.

Varanasi se connect karne waale new Vande Bharat Express trains bhi introduce karne ki plan banaai hai, jisse passengers ko connectivity aur convenience mein suvidha hogi. Iske alawa, Chandigarh aur Ajmer ke beech ek new Vande Bharat Express train service bhi jaldi hi shuru hone wali hai. Division ne Rajpura-Dhuri section pe 144 km lamba railway track double bhi kiya hai, jisse passenger travel time mein kam hoga aur additional trains bhi chalane mein aasaan hoga. New Delhi aur Chandigarh ke beech proposed semi-high speed train ke liye, route (underground ya elevated) abhi bhi consider kiya ja raha hai, kyunki ismein kaafi saara kharcha aayega. Ye plan abhi apne shuruati stage mein hai.
