jaana Indian Railway Act ke under ek crime hai, jispe 6 mahine ki saza aur ₹1000 tak ka fine lag sakta hai. Dusri taraf, railway ne yeh bhi suggest kiya hai ki line cross karte waqt yeh check kar lo ki up aur down line se koi train to nahin aa rahi hai.
