and Divisional Railway Manager, Pune Division, Secretary/Railway Board, and various managerial roles in Integral Coach Factory (ICF) Chennai, Central Railway, and Konkan Railway Corporation Limited. He received training from INSEAD, Singapore/Malaysia, and participated in a workshop on Strategic Management Issues at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Deouskar is a Mechanical Engineer, an alumnus of Maulana Azad College of Technology (formerly REC and now NIT) Bhopal. He is passionate about sports and cultural activities. He received the National Level Railway Award from the Railway Minister in 2003 for his outstanding achievements.
