any staff member is found involved, they will be arrested. The police will also question employees of the carriage department at New Delhi Railway Junction. The police will travel to Delhi upon obtaining permission from the IG level. Preliminary investigations suggest the involvement of contractual and regular railway staff. The bedroll staff is considered the most likely suspect, and their arrest is crucial to proceed with the investigation. The police will also seek details of the passenger traveling in the H1 cabin from the commercial department in Delhi. The bedroll staff escaped from Muzaffarpur junction after getting wind of the raid. The recovery of 115 bottles of foreign liquor from the H1 coach of the Vaishali Express occurred on Saturday.
