CMS, providing comfortable restrooms, clean drinking water, and toilets for the Kharsia crew, establishing a hospital in Kharsia, allocating land for a bicycle stand, building a paved access road from the main road to the Kharsia lobby, ensuring procedures and mileage of 150 km in shuttle TO, ending long-hour duty, and ending the practice of showing duties exceeding 12 hours as two parts with a 1.10-hour break. They have previously protested for 15 demands including mileage determined in 1980, pension discrepancies for retired employees, and recruitment for vacant ALP and LP positions. The protesting locomotive pilots emphasize the crucial contribution of running staff in earning revenue for the Indian Railways, highlighting their work in extreme weather conditions and highlighting the harsh working environment they face.

CMS mein Kharsia crew dwara kiye jaane waale saare sidings ka mileage record karna, Kharsia crew ke liye comfortable restrooms, clean peeyajal, aur toilets ki vyavastha karna, Kharsia mein hospital ki vyavastha karna, cycle stand ke liye land allot karna, main road se Kharsia lobby tak pakka pahunch marg banaya jaana, shuttle TO mein procedure aur mileage 150 km ensure karna, long-hour duty band karna, aur 12 ghante se zyada duty ko 1.10 ghante ka break karke do bhaagon mein dikhane ka practice band karna. Pehle bhi unhone 1980 mein decide kiya gaya mileage, retired employees ki pension mein discrepancies, aur vacant ALP aur LP positions ke liye recruitment jaise 15 demands ko lekar protest kiya tha. Protest karne waale locomotive pilots Indian Railways ke revenue generate karne mein running staff ke crucial contribution par zor dete hain, extreme weather conditions mein unka kaam highlight karte hain, aur unke saamne aa rahe harsh working environment ko highlight karte hain.
