RPF personnel and officers reached the scene, seized the vehicle and coal, and filed a case against an unknown person based on the gateman, Vikas Kumar Yadav's statement. The railway gate is located in the middle of Saria, with one road leading to Bagodar and the other to Rajdhanwar. Similar incidents have occurred previously, including a sand-laden tractor breaking the same gate. Almost daily, numerous bikes carrying around 40 sacks of coal from Bagodar pass through this gate.

RPF personnel aur officers mauke par pahuche, vehicle aur coal ko jabt kar liya, aur gateman, Vikas Kumar Yadav ke statement par unknown person ke against case register kiya. Rail gate Saria ke beech mein hai, ek taraf Bagodar ki taraf aur dusri taraf Rajdhanwar ki taraf jaati hai. Is tarah ki incidents pehle bhi ho chuki hain, jaise ki ek sand-laden tractor ne issi gate ko toda tha. Almost daily, kai bikes, Bagodar se 40 sacks coal laadkaar, issi gate se guzarte hain, jiske wajah se aaj gate toot gaya.
