mein khada rehna ya station ke 300 meter ke andar hi app use karna, dono se mukti milegi. Yeh pilot project Chaitra Navratri festival mein start kiya ja raha hai. Iss se ticket counters par bheed kam hone ka issue solve hoga aur passengers ko busy areas mein bhi aasani se tickets mil payengi. Iss initiative se passenger experience bahut badhega kyunki ticket kharidna ab aasan aur flexible ho jayega.
