new system is expected to launch in April 2024. Currently, there are five community halls and five railway institutes under the Jabalpur Railway Division, which can be rented for weddings and other events. Previously, bookings had to be made in person at the Personnel Department, leading to delays and potential corruption. The new online booking system aims to streamline the process and ensure fairness for all users. The facilities that can be booked online include the community hall near Jabalpur railway station, the Madan Mahal railway building, community halls in Sagar, Damoh, and Katni stations, and five railway engineering institutes.

Vibhag inki booking ab offline ki bajaye online kar sakega. In bhavno ki booking suvidha aasaan ho jaayegi. Inka bhugaan bhi online hi hoga. Iske saath hi ab railway karmachari aur aam vyaktio ko community bhavans, auditoriums aur railway institutes ki booking ke liye vibhag aur rail union ke chakkar nahin lagane honge. Rail Mandal ki website ke jariye in bhavno ki booking suvidha aasaan ho jaayegi. Personal Vibhag ne iski taiyaari puri kar li hai aur April mah se yeh suvidha shuru bhi ho jaayegi.
