The Quality GM has sought a response within a week from the CCL Baraka-Sayal GM, who has in turn asked the PO to respond. Both companies require 100mm coal, but received large boulders despite the presence of two crushers at the siding, indicating negligence. Officials are currently investigating the matter.

maadhyam se bade-bade size ka boulder bheja gaya hai, jabki unhen 100 mm size ka coal chahiye hota hai. Companies ki shikayat par Quality GM ne CCL Baraka-Sayal ke GM ko letter likh kar masle par ek saptah ke andar jawab manga hai. Wahi GM ne aage PO ko re-mark kar jawab talab kiya hai. Jaankaari ke anusar dono companies ko 100 mm size ke coal ki darkaar hoti hai, lekin Saunda B Siding se bade-bade boulder load kar rack ko rawana kar diya gaya. Batate chalen ki ukt siding mein coal ko todne ke liye do-do crusher maujud hain. Iske bawjud companies ko bade-bade boulder bheja jaana kaary mein laaparvahi ka spasht praman hai. Filhaal ise lekar sambandhit adhikariyon se jawab manga ja raha hai.
