Darbhanga Ranchi Vande Bharat Likely To Start Next Week

first Vande Bharat service. The train will stop at Samastipur Junction, Barauni Junction, Kiul Junction, Jasidih Junction, Dhanbad Junction, Bokaro Steel City, and Muri. The train will depart Ranchi at 6 am and arrive in Darbhanga at 1 pm, with a one-hour layover. It will then depart from Darbhanga at 2 pm and arrive in Ranchi at 9 pm. The ticket price for a single journey in AC Chair Car class is 1540 rupees, and 2745 rupees for Exec. Chair Car (EC). The train's inauguration is expected to be flagged off by Prime Minister Modi from Darbhanga station.

Train subah 6 baje Ranchi se chalega aur Darbhanga pe dopahar 1 baje pahuchega, jahan ek ghanta ka break hoga. Phir woh Darbhanga se dopahar 2 baje chalega aur shaam 9 baje Ranchi pahuchega. Not started, merely extended to Balurghat from Malda. There was no formal inauguration event, nor was the flag-off attended by any elected dignitary like the MP of Balurghat or the Rail Minister.

I don't think there is any rule that new trains can't be started during model code of conduct. Model code of conduct started on 16th March and 03546 Andal Bardhaman new Memu service (not a extension or any spl train as the no suggests, it is a permanent train which is running with spl number just like all other memu trains in India) was started from 24th March. The only restriction is that no political personality can arrange or take part in any inauguration event.
But yes, this new Ranchi Varanasi VB news, to be inaugurated within a few weeks as claimed by this article, seems to be a spicy news that hardly has any basis.
