more... Chennai involved in the scam. The scam involved training youth in exchange for money, promising railway jobs, starting in November 2023. The training took place at Gamharia station for a month, followed by booking clerk training at Birbans station until January. The Southeast Zone Vigilance team uncovered the scam, apprehended three victims (Dhivin Kumar from Tamil Nadu, Rupam Shah and Shubhashish Mandal from Nadia, West Bengal) and the accused David Singh, handing them over to the railway police.
