The national president of the organization and chairman of the Traders Welfare Board, Ravikant Garg, stated that digitizing government departments has benefited traders and entrepreneurs. The state senior minister, Gyanesh Mishra, confirmed the railway ministry's approval for the elevated track project. He expressed hope for expedited progress after the upcoming elections. The convention was chaired by Rajendra Gupta, with Guruzinder Singh serving as the moderator. Several notable individuals attended the event, including Shyam Shukla, Vinayak Poddar, Ashish Mishra, Sachin Trivedi, Manish Gupta, Vijay Gupta, Mahesh Soni, Rajkumar Bhagtaani, Sanjay Mishra, Rajesh Ahuja, and Ajay Sharma.
