The inspection focused on safety, security, and operational efficiency, with particular attention paid to bridges, track fittings, level crossings, and signaling systems. Enhancements to passenger amenities included new foot over bridges at Sarupeta, Guagacha, and Barpeta Road stations, new platform sheds, and additional toilets at Sarupeta, Guagacha, and Barpeta Road stations.
