Applications must be submitted by July 15. The Bombay High Court Metro 3 Committee expressed dissatisfaction in April 2024 regarding the slow progress in restoring tree cover. In May 2017, the court mandated MMRCL to replant trees and maintain them until project completion. The court also instructed MMRCL to prepare 75% of the tree beds above underground stations by June 9, for planting large trees. Application forms can be downloaded from MMRCL's website.
