hours, causing chaos at the parcel siding. It is reported that an RPF personnel was on duty at the siding despite the assault. This incident has instilled fear among other agents and employees working at the station. Vishal Kumar stated that Farhan arrived on his bike and demanded the gate be opened. Due to a delay in opening the gate because of settling accounts with another client, Farhan started abusing and pushed and assaulted Vishal when the gate finally opened. Vishal Kumar filed a complaint with the GRP, but no action was taken. Other parcel agents, including Manul, arrived at the police station and pressured Vishal and his brother to settle the matter to avoid a case. The assault incident has been captured on CCTV.

lagbhag do ghante tak parcel siding mein hafla-hala chalte raha. Khabar hai ki siding pe RPF wala bhi duty par tha, lekin phir bhi maar-pit hui. Isse station par kaam karne wale dusre agents aur employees mein dar hai. Vishal Kumar ne bataya ki Farhan bike pe aake gate kholne ko bola. Ek dusre customer se hisaab karne ki wajah se gate khulne mein der ho gayi. Isse Farhan gaali-galauch karne laga aur gate khulne par dhakka-mukki aur maar-pit karne laga. Vishal Kumar ne GRP mein shikayat daakhil ki. Lekin koi action nahin hua, kyunki case hone ki sambhavna se Manul aur dusre parcel agents police station pahunch kar Vishal aur uske bhai par samjhauta karne ka dabao banane lage. Is taraf, maar-pit ki ghatna CCTV mein capture ho gayi hai.
