Local resident Sumit Choudhary, BJP city secretary, visited the counter and found that the only ticket booking counter in Saraikela has been dysfunctional for the past nine days, causing significant disruption to travelers. Many people are forced to travel long distances for ticket booking, especially for tatkal tickets. The problem stems from the counter's reliance on a single BSNL internet connection. Choudhary filed complaints with the Ministry of Railways, DRM Chakradharpur, and BSNL through letters and social media. The Railways has acknowledged the issue and promised a swift resolution. To address the ongoing issue, Choudhary has urged the department to consider an additional internet service provider.

Sumit Choudhary, BJP city secretary, counter pe gaya aur pata chala ki Saraikela mein ek hi ticket booking counter hai, aur woh past 9 days se server down ki wajah se band hai. Isse hajaro log affected ho rahe hain aur daily hundreds of people ticket ke liye counter pe aate hain, par unko khali hath vapis jana padta hai. Logon ko tatkal ticket ke liye 15-20 kilometer dur jane pad rahe hain. Counter sirf BSNL ke internet pe depend hai. Choudhary ne Ministry of Railways, DRM Chakradharpur, aur BSNL ko letter aur social media pe complaint ki hai. Railways ne issue acknowledge kiya hai aur jaldi fix karne ka promise kiya hai. Choudhary ne department se yeh bhi kaha hai ki woh permanent solution ke liye dusri internet service provider bhi use kare.
