Carriage and Wagon department ke helpers 10 saal se zyada time se kaam kar rahe hain aur unhe abhi tak promotion ka koi mauka nahi mila hai, jisse unka morale aur finances par asar pad raha hai. Dr. Sinha ne union ko assurance diya ki LDCE exam jaldi se karwaya jaayega aur interested employees ko dusre departments mein kaam karne ka mauka bhi diya jaayega.
