The plan includes learnings from crowd management during the 2019 Kumbh Mela. The DRM emphasized that all employees will be informed about the plan to ensure effective crowd control in any situation. The Railways is continuously coordinating with the district administration to ensure safe and convenient transportation for everyone. The plan includes special measures for days with anticipated high crowds, like major bathing festivals. Bhaari crowd ko sambhalne ke liye 9 railway stations pe CCTV cameras lagaaye jayenge, jinhe junction pe control room se monitor kiya jaayega. 2019 ke Kumbh Mela se bhi crowd management ke experience ko is plan mein shamil kiya gaya hai. DRM ne kaha ki sabhi employees ko plan ke baare mein bataya jaayega taaki unhe har situation mein crowd control mein apna best de sake. Railway district administration ke sath aavagaam ko safe aur smooth banane ke liye baat kar rahi hai. Is plan mein major bathing festivals jaise zyada crowd wale dinon ke liye special measures bhi hain. Team ne Prayagraj Junction ka inspection kiya aur Prayagraj Junction, Prayagraj Chheoki, Naini aur Subedarganj stations pe passengers ke entry aur exit ki arrangements ko dekha, aur different officials ne apne suggestions diye.
