association, Kumar had collected a fine of Rs. 395 from a woman traveling on a regular ticket, which enraged the woman. She threatened to accuse the TTE of harassment in front of the RPF. Subsequently, Neeraj forcibly removed the TTE from the train at Gaya station without any formal procedure or informing the train crew. The association questioned the RPF's motives and urged the DRM to intervene, calling for a thorough investigation and action against the accused RPF constable. The association also requested the DRM to raise the matter with the Chief Secretary and DGP of Bihar. The protest delegation included President Satish Kumar, Secretary Kuber Singh, Vice President Asif Wali, Amarendra Kumar Pandey, Anuj Kumar, RR Srivastava, Neelima Kispotta, Amrita Minj, BM Pandey, and Ranjit Kumar.
