Plots, jo commercial use ke liye designated hai, 60 saal tak lease pe available rahenge. Developers se ummid hai ki wo durable buildings banaye jo kam se kam 100 saal tak chale. Ye initiative NMRC ki commercial property development ke through projects finance karne ki strategy ka part hai, jo ki globally common practice hai.
