અન્યાય:એક હાથે દીધું બીજા હાથે છીનવી લીધું : રેલવેએ ભુજ-પાલનપુર ટ્રેન હવે કાયમ માટે બંધ કરી દીધી

Western Railway has introduced the first 'Namami Bharat' rapid train in India between Bhuj and Ahmedabad. They are also planning to start an intercity train service between Bhuj and Rajkot, which has been met with joy by the people. However, Western Railway has permanently cancelled the Bhuj-Palampur train, causing disappointment among...

commuters. The train was important for commuters travelling to North Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, and Abu Road, especially government and private sector employees returning to their hometowns. The decision to permanently cancel the train comes after it was temporarily shut down for a year. The circular for the proposed Bhuj-Rajkot train route clearly states that train number 20927/20928, Bhuj-Palampur, which was supposed to remain closed till October 7, will now be permanently closed. Commuters have requested that the train be reinstated or the Gandhidham-Palampur intercity train be extended to Bhuj. The timing of the Bhuj-Palampur train was considered inconvenient as it departed Bhuj at 11:05 am and reached Palampur at 5:35 pm, wasting the entire day. Commuters feel that running the train in the morning would generate more passengers. While the Gandhidham-Palampur intercity train, which departs at 8:10 am and reaches Palampur at 2:50 pm, remains operational, commuters have requested that it be extended to Bhuj. Despite the cancellation of the Bhuj-Palampur train, politicians, organizations, and commuters have remained silent on the issue. Earlier reports by Divya Bhaskar on the matter had also failed to garner any response from elected officials and opposition politicians. Despite the need for the train, politicians have remained quiet and have only shown interest in taking credit for new initiatives. Tourist organizations and business groups have also chosen to remain silent. If no action is taken, such injustice will continue. One year ago, the Bhuj-Palampur intercity train was temporarily suspended due to a lack of passengers. It was reported that the train was operating at only 10% capacity, leading to financial losses for the department.

Western Railway ne India mein Bhuj aur Ahmedabad ke beech pehla 'Namami Bharat' rapid train chalu kiya hai. Unka plan Bhuj aur Rajkot ke beech intercity train service start karne ka bhi hai, jo ki logon ko bahut khushi de raha hai. Lekin, Western Railway ne Bhuj-Palampur train ko permanent ban...

kar cancel kar diya hai, jiski wajah se commuters bahut upset hain. Train North Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, aur Abu Road jaane wale commuters ke liye bahut important thi, khas kar government aur private sector ke employees jo apne ghar ja rahe the. Train ko permanent ban kar cancel karne ka decision, ek saal ke liye temporary ban karne ke baad liya gaya hai. Bhuj-Palampur train cancel hone ke baad bhi, politicians, organizations, aur commuters iss issue par chup rahe hain. Divya Bhaskar ne pehle bhi iss matter par reports publish ki thi lekin elected officials aur opposition politicians se koi response nahin aaya. Train ki jarurat hone ke baad bhi politicians chup rahe hain aur sirf naye initiatives ke liye credit lene mein interest dikhata hai. Tourist organizations aur business groups bhi chup rahe hain. Agar koi action nahin liya gaya, to aisa injustice hota rahega. Ek saal pehle, Bhuj-Palampur intercity train ko temporary ban kar suspend kar diya gaya tha kyunki passengers ki kami thi. Reported tha ki train sirf 10% capacity par chal rahi thi, jisse department ko financial loss ho raha tha.
