Between PNBE & MKA this train has atleast 32 halts....whereas Mahananda Exp has only 1 halt i.e. BKP....Not allowed to overtake MEMU means a serious insult for SGUJ WDP-4.But ryt from RJPB,its following the MEMU.I want to ask from where RRB,Muzaffarpur has appointed such heavily qualified Chief Controllers? Whats going on in DNR Division?
