the sleeper coach instead of a general compartment and was asked to disembark at Ujiarpur by a TTE. When Prasad requested to change coaches at a later station, the TTE allegedly pushed him off the moving train, resulting in a leg injury. The RPF constable at the station brought Prasad to Ujiarpur PSC for initial treatment before transferring him to Samastipur Sadar Hospital. While the RPF claims Prasad was attempting to board the moving train when he fell, the investigation is ongoing. The DRM of Sonpur Railway Division, Vivek Bhushan Sood, has ordered an inquiry into the incident, including the review of CCTV footage. The DRM of Samastipur division, Vinay Shrivastava, has also promised an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident.

ke Bhathar Tikuliya Panchayat ka resident hai. Woh Raxaul se Howrah jaane wali Mithila Express mein safar kar raha tha. Galti se, woh general compartment ki jagah sleeper coach mein chadh gaya aur Ujiarpur station par TTE ne use sleeper coach se utar kar general coach mein jaane ko kaha. Prasad ne aage kisi junction par coach badalne ki baat kahi, par TTE ne use chalti train se dhakka de diya. Isse woh train se niche gir gaya aur uske pair mein chot lag gayi. RPF constable ne Prasad ko Ujiarpur PSC mein ilaaj ke liye bharti karaaya aur baad mein use Samastipur Sadar Hospital bheja gaya. RPF ka kehna hai ki Prasad chalti train mein chadhne ki koshish kar raha tha, jab woh gir gaya, lekin jaanch jaari hai. Sonpur Railway Division ke DRM, Vivek Bhushan Sood ne CCTV footage ki jaanch karne ka aadesh diya hai. Samastipur division ke DRM, Vinay Shrivastava ne bhi is maamle ki jaanch karne ka waada kiya hai.
