including her mangalsutra, chain, earrings, and anklet. Renu's husband Rajesh Jha reported the incident to the Railway Police after she called him on her mobile. The GRP, upon receiving the information, took Renu to the Katras station, where she received first aid. She was later admitted to Chaudhary Nursing Home in Katras for treatment of her fractured leg. Rajesh Jha did not file an official complaint with the GRP, but he reported the incident to the RPF. The GRP officer in charge of Katrasgarh station confirmed that they received a report and provided initial medical assistance to Renu.

Rajesh ne, Chandrapura pahunchne ke baad, Railway Police ko phone kiya. GRP ne Renu ko Katras station le jaaya, jahan unko pehla medical sahayata di gayi. Uske baad unko Katras ke Chaudhary Nursing Home mein, apne fractured leg ke treatment ke liye admit kiya gaya. Rajesh ne GRP mein complaint file nahin kiya, lekin unhone RPF ko incident ki jaankaari di. Katrasgarh station ke GRP officer ne confirmed kiya ki unko incident ki jaankaari mili aur unhone Renu ko pehla medical sahayata di.
