lines intersect at various points, leading to the exchange of goods trains between the two networks. With a significant increase in freight traffic on the EDFC, especially the record 428 goods trains interchanged on January 22, security measures have been enhanced around the EDFC interchange points. The NCR General Manager (GM), Ravindra Goyal, will review safety protocols on Tuesday. He has also instructed officers and staff to remain on high alert, emphasizing extra caution at interchange locations along the entire route. The DRM of Prayagraj, Jhansi, and Agra divisions have been tasked with ensuring safety. The GM has also directed the release of a list of trains heading towards West Bengal with modified routes or delays, along with the activation of a helpline number.

EDFC pe maalgadiyon ki badi tadad a chuki hai, khass kar 22 January ko ek din mein 428 maalgadiyon ka interchange hua hai. Is wajah se, EDFC ke interchange points ke aaspaas satarkta ka level badha diya gaya hai. Mangalwar ko safety protocol ke liye NCR headquarters mein GM Ravindra Goyal review karenge. Unhone NCR ke officers aur staff ko high alert par rakhne ka nirdhesh diya hai, aur saare route pe interchange locations par special satarkta barate kaa kaha hai. Prayagraj, Jhansi, aur Agra divisions ke DRM ko safety ensure karne ka kaam diya gaya hai. GM ne ye bhi nirdhesh diya hai ki West Bengal jaane wali trains ki list jinki route badli hai ya delay ho raha hai, wo release karein aur helpline number bhi shuru karein.
