The Joint Front leaders stated that AT Devprabha Company handles the railway rack loading work at the Sudamdih railway siding and does not want to employ the siding's laborers. The contract for transporting coal from Bhonra Four A Patch to the Sudamdih railway siding is held by JamSan leader Sugreev Singh. Currently, transportation and rack loading operations are halted. On Wednesday evening, a meeting was held at the Sudamdih police station involving Joint Front leaders, AT Devprabha representative Ashutosh Kumar, and JamSan Joint General Secretary Sugreev Singh regarding the employment of contract workers. An agreement was reached to employ eight laborers, but the Joint Front leaders rejected this proposal. Protest leaders included BCKU leader Nitai Mahato, former councilor Sumit Supkar, Pradeep Ravani, Subhash Singh, Sanjay Singh, Rajesh Singh, Anil Ravani, Rajkumar Ravani, Gauri Shankar Ravani, and Natwar Bhattacharya.
