to Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, has seen 231 km of fencing completed. This will facilitate faster speeds for superfast trains. The project is being implemented under the 'Mission Raftar' initiative, focusing on increasing train speeds across the country. The fencing is being done in various states including Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh, covering 175 km under the Dhanbad Division, excluding a 25 km hilly section. The 150 km of fencing is being done using pre-fabricated cemented slabs and crash barriers, with 80% of the work already completed. The remaining 29 km is expected to be completed by August. The completion of the fencing will not only enhance train speed but also improve punctuality, facilitate additional trains, and prevent accidents caused by trespassing or unauthorized entry on the railway tracks.

Hawra aur New Delhi ke beech Dhanbad se hota hua Grand Chord section pe train 160 km/h ki speed se bharegi. Iske liye railway track ke dono taraf fencing ka kaam chal raha hai. East Central Railway ke under Pradhan Khanta se Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction tak 412 km section...
