Despite October being a month of festivals, culminating in Diwali on November 2nd, the railway administration has only announced cancellations until November 5th, not allowing people to fully enjoy the festivities. To accommodate travelers during Navratri, several trains have been scheduled to stop at Dongargarh station from October 3rd to 12th. These include the Bilaspur-Bhagat Ki Kothi-Bilaspur, Bilaspur-Bikaner-Bilaspur, Bilaspur-Chennai-Bilaspur, Bilaspur-Pune-Bilaspur, and Raipur-Secunderabad-Raipur Express trains. Additionally, specific trains have been scheduled on individual dates for various routes: Bilaspur-Indore Narmada Express (October 11th), Indore-Bilaspur Narmada Express (October 12th), Bilaspur-Bhopal Express (October 10th), Bhopal-Bilaspur Express (October 12th), Jabalpur-Ambikapur Express (October 11th), Ambikapur-Jabalpur Express (October 12th), Rewa-Chirmiri Passenger Special (October 11th), Chirmiri-Rewa Passenger Special (October 12th), Durg-Nizamuddin Express (October 11th), Nizamuddin-Durg Express (October 12th), Durg-Nautanwa Express (October 10th), Nautanwa-Durg Express (October 12th), Chirmiri-Anuppur Passenger Special (October 12th), and Anuppur-Chirmiri Passenger (October 12th).
