expressed their grievances regarding the pending issues related to their cadre, such as the lack of night duty allowance for L-8 and L-9 employees, including station masters, and the lack of security and stress allowance. They also demanded the implementation of the old pension scheme, the posting of supervisory station masters at all stations, and the abolition of the 12-hour duty roster in the Indian Railways. The AISMA has stated that their protest will not affect the smooth functioning of railway operations.

mein apne cadre se jude pending issues ke baare mein apna dard jahir kiya, jaise ki L-8 aur L-9 employees, jismein station masters bhi shamil hai, ke liye night duty allowance na milna aur security aur stress allowance na milna. AISMA ne old pension scheme ko laagu karwane, har station par supervisory station master ki posting karwane, aur Indian Railways mein 12-hour duty roster ko khatam karwane ki bhi demand ki hai. AISMA ne kaha hai ki unka protest railway operations ke smooth functioning par koi asar nahi dalega.
