chala ki upper berth ka safety chain sahi se laga nahin tha, jiske wajah se ye incident hua. Railway authorities ne Kovilpatti station pe first aid diya aur Madurai station pe ambulance arrange kiya. Ladke ko hospital mein le jaaya gaya. Division ne confirm kiya ki woh passenger safety ko priority dete hain aur is saal ab tak 193 similar incidents ko solve kar chuke hain.
