Train Ticket TTEs will then intervene to ensure confirmed ticket holders get their designated seats. The app integrates with various complaint channels like Twitter, Facebook, and 139 helpline, providing a centralized platform for passengers to report issues. If an issue isn't resolved within the timeframe, it escalates to higher authorities, ensuring accountability and prompt feedback.
