region. The event is scheduled to take place on February 20th. Alongside the inauguration, the Indian Railways will be launching nearly 2,000 projects, including the revamp of over 500 stations and the construction of rail overbridges and under bridges. The USBRL project, which aims to connect the Kashmir Valley with the Jammu region and the national rail network, covers 272 kilometers. The newly commissioned Banihal-Sangaldan section, constructed at a cost of Rs 15,863 crore, features 16 bridges, 11 tunnels, and numerous safety features, including ballastless tracks, canted turnouts, CCTV monitoring, and tunnel safety technology. The Baramulla-Srinagar-Banihal-Sangaldan section of the USBRL project, spanning 185.66 kilometers, is fully electrified and can accommodate Vande Bharat trains.

hai. Is inauguration ke saath saath, Indian Railways 2,000 ke karib projects launch karega, jisme 500 se zyada stations ka revamp aur rail overbridges and under bridges ka construction shamil hai. USBRL project, jo ki Kashmir Valley ko Jammu region aur national rail network se connect karne ka aim rakta hai, 272 kilometer lamba hai. Naya commission hua Banihal-Sangaldan section, jo ki Rs 15,863 crore mein banaya gaya hai, usme 16 bridges, 11 tunnels, aur bahut saare safety features hai, jaise ki ballastless tracks, canted turnouts, CCTV monitoring, aur tunnel safety technology. USBRL project ka Baramulla-Srinagar-Banihal-Sangaldan section, jo ki 185.66 kilometer lamba hai, completely electrified hai aur Vande Bharat trains ko accommodate kar sakta hai.
