The pre paid counter is closed and we paid 150/- to reach Maq cntral from Mangalore Junction.

It will be better to improve the bus services. Once in NMKL, i saw a TNSTC bus waiting at 2:15 at Namakkal railway station to collect the passengers from PLNI express. Even KSRTC should follow same strategy , They can collect the charge of a night service. It will be a big boon for passengers.

In KCVL, KeralaSRTC used to be there as per train arrival time. Not sure, if it is still there.
Karnataka can also consider such system

KSRTC TO ARRANGE NIGHT & DAY SERVICE BUSES LIKE TAMIL NADU Buses available all Major Junctions. KSRTC & SR No co - operation, SR should produce time table to KSRTC & should be pasted shunting buses, but not done so it became failure which KSRTC intorduced Maq central to Bajpe / Airport buses. . bus drivers doesn't know when arrival/dep trains so, no collection so stopped buses starting from MAQ central. SR should think passanger convenice all the ways.. Train Arrival time make it early Morning & Evening / Tourisam / Passanger bus facilities to reach City from Station.
