This might have impact on upper class passengers patronage in 2AC / 1AC. I guess, if it is suvidha / pt then it will be even more. It shouldn't go beyond flight fare.
Rationalization of concessions Should be the main focus of RM.No need to increase the Fare.MST,concessions should be looked into.
Railway running in lose because of it's own plans, so why they are targeting genuine passengers.
Despite hiking 1A 2A fares railways are not going to get anyhwere close to containg losses.
As passengers would prefer switching too Airlines.
They will have to hike fares where most people travel Sleeper, MST, Unreserved ensuring everyone
and I mean everyone is isused a ticket and avoid ticket less travelling
