all the major trains shall be augmented first to 24 coaches and further increased to 26 coaches.
But RM and Railway Board are completely forgotten that Augmentation of coaches.Requested to augment coaches especially in CHENNAI METRO to MUMBAI METRO.
EXAMPLE;
3 daily trains are operated between these two metros with 18 coaches including one pantry car.
Daily ,In total only 4 nos of 3AC Coaches are operated between these two metros as follows .Dadar exp 3AC TWO coaches + Mumbai Mail 3AC one coach+ Mumbai exp 3AC one coach.
So i frequently requested to operate sectional coaches in these 3 trains from CHENNAI TO PUNE comprising 3 nos of sleeper +2 nos of 3AC +1 no of general coach in each trains.
Till date no direct trains from PUNE to CHENNAI and other southern states capital Bangalore and Thiruvananthapuram.
Since PUNE Mini Metro City comes under very meager pooled quota in all the southern state trains ,it is very difficult to obtain reserved ticket in sleeper and 3AC.I always booked upto KALYAN and get down at PUNE under proper intimation to TTE .
By this sectional carriages arrangements ,No new trains operated.
