Almost difficult as IRCTC maintians its high speed servers through this fee.
Its will be a good initiative by Railway because already service tax included in the ticket so there is no use of Surcharge. With this bedding and food should also be optional so that cost can be reduced more.
But railway coach attendents should also be given training so that they give bedding and food to proper passengers. Professionalism is now really needed in railway service.
